“Susan, it has been an honor working with you. We want to thank YOU for all of your guidance and support through our home buying experience. It's very rare these days to meet a genuine person, and you are one to always remember... You will definitely be someone that we will recommend and go to in our future!”
Fran & Tim V.

“Susan is one of the most professional and detail oriented individuals I have ever worked with. Her ability to pay close attention to details and work with us in order to find a home that fit our needs is what makes her stand out from other realtors. Susan’s positive attitude and accommodating approach made working with her a pleasure!” Ashley & Pat S.

“Susan made the home buying process a whole lot easier than I had originally thought it would be. She was very informative on every aspect of the process that I had questions on and was always willing to go the extra step. 5 "hip" ideas for do-it-yourself home staging

Looking for some quick home staging ideas that don't cost a lot? Here are five inexpensive "Hip Tipz" from stager Charlene Storozuk that will help you show off a home with painting techniques and found objects.

1. Paint bedroom furniture antique white and the walls a darker tint. Add crystal hardware such as a chandelier or light fixtures for added elegance and to create a French-inspired bedroom.

2. Frame a favorite tea towel for display in the kitchen.

3. Make the rooms off the hallway appear larger by painting them a lighter shade than the hallway itself.

4. Vintage door panels make an interesting headboard when painted.

5. Make a sloped ceiling appear taller by installing a shelf underneath at height of lowest point of slope

I'm providing a link to a site which helps answer questions regarding the tax credit for First-Time Buyers as well as Repeat Buyers…Many have questions regarding this program and its benefits.
Because this credit is received when filing your Federal Tax Return…many questions should be answered within this link, however more technical questions should be forwarded to a CPA or someone that is a tax professional. You would be surprised (maybe not) as to how many combinations or ways many try to take advantage of this program and unfortunately because the credit is issued through the IRS having a tax professional from a liability perspective may be the best way to have many of these questions answered. Have a great day http://ping.fm/oAkW6
